Bioseed Vietnam Limited (BVL) is a highly successful 100% foreign company belongs to the DSCL group in India. During last 20 years BVL participated in improving corn production in Vietnam through introducing many successful corn hybrid seeds. For last three years BVL has introduced Rice hybrid seeds, foliar fertilizers and vegetable seeds. We are a strong research focused organization having R&D centers in most of the Asian countries.

We have alliances with world leading seed companies for developing superior hybrids through biotechnology. Our goal is to develop the economy & living standards of farmers through providing innovative solutions & technologies.

We would like to further develop our business activities both intensively and extensively with professional services. We are urgently looking for the Sales and Market development Manager who would contribute to the achievement of our big goal.

II. Position: HR & Admin Officer (Hanoi)

III. Responsibilities:


Recruiting and Staffing:

  • Prepare job adverts, checking application forms, short listing,

  • In charge 1st round of interviewing and selecting candidates; and follow up the final interview and selection results.

  • Support HR Manager in attracting and searching candidates CVs both internal and external especially in Agricultural and seed field.

  • Proposing solutions to improve efficiency of search and selection activities.

  • Entering and updating recruitment data on HR database.

  • Making recruitment reports

  • Offer letter & Labor contract Preparation

  • Necessary procedures for new comers: administrative procedures

Training and Development:

  • Support HR Manager monitor and implement training courses based on requirement

  • Support HR Manager to organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities , ensure all training activities perform on time and effectively.

  • In charge managing the training database

  • Identify training and development opportunities in accordance with Company’s requirements

  • Process employee requests for outside training while complying with polices and & procedures

  • Provide coaching to the staff members when required. (email system; excel; Power point; ...)

  • Arranging for education of expatriate’s kids at international schools

Compensation & Benefit: Support HR Manager with C&B tasks for ensuring that employees can be entitled salary, benefits, incentive sufficiently and following as Labor law.

  • Update all the new regulations such as Social insurance, Health insurance and Unemployment insurance limit; PIT;...

  • Update inform to Bao Viet Insurance about the numbers of employee who will be bought 24/25 Insurance. Getting quotation of Bao Viet Health care insurance & support employees to claim.

  • Support HR Manager to monitoring seasonal labor workforce

  • Collaborate with FA department to ensure that all wages for promotion staffs/seasonal worker are completed accuracy & timely

  • Bank account registration for new staffs

  • Follow up with incentive schemes and all other benefits for employees to be paid such like birthday gift, new born baby gift, bonus, rewards for the best performer of the quarter, etc…

  • Follow up with monthly KPI result for sales North & South if required.

  • Prepare labor contract renewal, labor contract after probation period

  • Draft Decision, correspondence letter


Employee relations/ engagement activities: Organize and create Innovative and Meaningful Employee Engagement Activities.

  • Draft Quarterly Newsletter of the Company.

  • Support HR Manager design and organize Company’s events as Monthly Birthday party: Company’s Year-end and Long service party: making presentation file, arranging gift, restaurant, certificate, etc…

  • Looking for innovative ideas to drive employee engagement

  • Sending Birthday card to employees on their Birthday.

Filing: Ensure that managing employee's profile sufficiently and logistical for the best managment

  • Support HRM in developing Library/Employee portal (same as Intranet)

B. ADMIN TASKS: To provide reception service and office administration tasks including but not limited to maintaining office security, safety, cleanness and good environment. Manager office equipments, stationery, IT, telephone, making logistics arrangement for guest.

  1. Office Administration:

  • Purchase and control stationeries including name cards for existing and new staff and refreshment when necessary with best cost.

  • Keep the public office areas (photocopy, fax, meeting room ...) in neat and tidy manner

  • Supervise Maid lady on working time and performance

  • Be in charge of admin tasks such as transferring calls, management outgoing and incoming letter of Hanoi office.

  1. Visa - work permit - residence card arrangement - house rental

  • Be responsible for arrange work permit and residence card for expat

  • Assist the local and region staff in term of visa arrangement

  1. Others:

  • Booking meeting, arranging air-ticket, hotel for guests or office members (if having), etc

  • Checking the monthly bill from the vendor and reconcile with the accountant for payment.

  • Collect and make admin expenses monthly to provide the accountant

  • Work closely with the vendor (Delivery, House rental, Computer....) to sign on the contract.

  • Support IT issue for both Hanoi Office and two plants

  • Be a focal point person work with IT outsource service to ensure IT system, server run smoothly.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

IV. Requirements:

1. Education and Training:

  • University degree/MBA in HR, Business Administration, Foreign languages, Law....

2. Experience:

  • At least 2 experience years at HR field.

3. Skills:

  • Good communication both English and Vnese

  • Good organization skills

  • Good Computer skills

4. Personalities:

  • Honest and dependable

  • Careful and service minded

  • High responsible and can do minded.
