II. Position: Sales Manager - Agriculture Vegetable
III. Key Objectives:
- Develop Vegetable market and manage sale team to ensure sales and collection achievement of Vegetable segment
- Develop & maintain brands and customers’ relationship
- Insure the sales processes following the Company’s guideline & SOP
IV. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Vegetable market & sales strategies.
- Manage Customer Portfolio, Sales Target & Forecast and Activities Master Plan.
- Responsible for Dealer Relationship Management and Customer relationship management.
- Forecast and track actual product usage (Product On Ground)
- Forcing and urging payment
- Inventory Management and Stock Auditing (price cutting, return)
- Daily coaching & monitoring sales activities
- Controlling daily, weekly, monthly working plan and sales volume & collections of subordinates
- Assign target to team members with suitable instructions
- Conduct relevant training
- Frequently updating status of channels of each direct dealers and whole of channels in assigned areas.
- Hybrid segmentation and Positioning
- Market strategies and Intelligence (Market Trend Analysis, Update market situation & competitor movement)
- Ensuring that Bioseed products are available in all members of channels.
- Giving instruction, guidance to team to overcome obstacle of channel members.
- Ensuring that channel members have enough knowledge about Bioseed and products.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other Sales Managers to develop marketing plan
- Proposing and implementing demand generating activities
- Implement marketing program/campaigns and share market data and information with marketing team
- Supporting R&D in product registering process
- Supporting Supply Chain team to ensure right delivery
- Supporting other division as required
- Proposing and implementing the yearly budget.
- Control and ensure your budget in line with sales activities and result.
V. Key Requirements:
- University degree in Business Adminitration, Agriculture or any related (prefer candidate who have more than 5 years experiences in Agriculture major).
- Acknowledge about Agri-business
- Good at self- management skill, good Reporting skill & Good Presentation skill
- Proficiency in Communication skill especially in English.
- Able to frequency travel and work under very high pressure
- Flexible, aggressive, target orientation, business acumen.
- Understand competitor products available in market, market knowledge and possible future trend.
- Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs
